In addition to the standard NHS benefits such as the NHS Pension Scheme, generous annual leave entitlement which increases after five years of NHS service, and pay progression, our Trust offers unique benefits to our staff that makes DWMH an even better place to work.

We are committed to the personal development of our staff which is why we have an internal People and Workforce Development team that provides a fully comprehensive education service supports staff to carry out their roles effectively. We also utilise annual appraisals and personal development planning to ensure our staff are continuously achieving their goals.

Salary exchange schemes can save at least a third of the cost for the items exchanged and reduce national tax contributions. We offer schemes for childcare vouchers, car parking, professional registration and union fees.
