We display the ‘disability confident’ symbol demonstrating that we meet the standard to encourage and make adjustments for applicants with disabilities and to guarantee an interview to those who meet the person specification for the post.

As an accredited disability confident employer we are committed to:

  • Interviewing all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and considering them on their abilities.
  • Ensuring there is a mechanism in place to discuss, at any time, but at least once a year, with disabled employees what can be done to make sure they can develop and use their abilities.
