We are looking for nominations for our annual Recognising Success Awards, to acknowledge those staff members whose hard work, compassion and commitment has made a real difference.

The public categories for this year’s awards are:

Unsung Hero, The Darren Cartwright Award – An individual or volunteer who goes the extra mile to provide a service.

Frontline Team of the Year Award – This award recognises teams that have made improvements to the safety, quality or effectiveness of frontline services through an innovative approach to work.

Support Services Team of the Year Award – To recognise the invaluable role of staff in support services, such as clinic clerks, secretaries, receptionists, healthcare assistants, audit, HR, finance etc.

Chair's Award, Living the Values – This award is for an individual who demonstrates our Trust values – caring, quality, collaborative and integrity – on a daily basis.

Working in Partnership Award – An individual or team working in partnership to deliver services more efficiently or effectively. The nominee may have worked with internal or external partners.

Patient Champion Award – An individual who has been dedicated to improving services for patients and/or carers. They will have promoted inclusion and engagement.

You can make as many nominations as you want, using the attached form. The closing date is 9th October. Nominations will be considered by a panel of Trust staff and service users. Shortlisted nominees, along with their team/colleagues, will be invited to a special celebratory event, where the winners will be presented with their awards.
