Palfrey Sure Start Centre to host Health and Wellbeing drop-in sessions

Starting from May, Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust will be holding drop-in sessions at Palfrey Sure Start Centre on the first Wednesday of each month. They are open to local residents, who will have the chance to speak to healthcare professionals about any concerns and also receive a free check-up.

The sessions are being run in partnership with Pathways 4 Life, Larvic Pharmacy and Healthwatch, who will also have a representative on site. Other service providers will be invited to attend each month, with a Diabetes Educator from Walsall Health Care booked in for May.

There will be a seating area with refreshments available, so feel free to drop by for a chat. The possibility of forming a support group for the area is also being looked at. For more information please contact Anita Chumber, Community Development Worker, via email (anita.chumber@dwmh.nhs.uk) or phone (01384 366517).

Posters are available to view in Bengali, English, GujuratiPolish, Punjabi and Urdu.
