Free forum on self-harm

Join us for our next Mental Health Forum on 7 April from 11am – 2pm at The Crossing at St. Paul’s Church in Walsall!

April’s mental health forum will focus on the topic of self-harm. Self-harm is not often talked about, but unfortunately, it is a prevalent issue within society — in fact, one in ten people self-harm and, alarmingly, one in four young people self-harm.

The forum will feature a range of speakers discussing topics such as the signs and symptoms of self-harm, available support resources and the psychological aspects involved with self-harm. In addition, there will be stallholders from the local health community offering free resources and advice.

This event is open to the public and a free lunch is provided. Booking is required so please call the Communications and Engagement team on 01384 325015 or email to secure a place.
