Interpreting & Translation

We recognise that we have a role to play in ensuring that all members of society, including non-English speakers and people with visual or hearing impairments, can easily access all of our services. Therefore we take great pride in ensuring a full range of language and translation services are made available. These services include:

  • Face to Face Interpreting
    This is perfect for long, complex appointments where detailed explanations are needed.
  • Instant Telephone Interpreting
    For use when only short consultations are needed with a quick response. This service is also ideal for emergencies as the calls will be connected within a minute or less using a freephone number.
  • Document Translation
    We will translate documents upon request or where a need has been identified.
