Equality & Diversity Partners Programme

The Trust has recently been awarded for achieving the NHS Employers Equality & Diversity Partners Programme 2015/16. It comes after the Trust demonstrated its commitment to six tough criteria, including improving patient access and experience, engaging and supporting staff, better health outcomes for all and inclusive leadership at all levels.

Paul Singh, Equality & Diversity Lead for the Trust said: “We are really pleased and proud to have been awarded achievement for this national programme. Being a partner has given our Trust the tools and opportunities to strengthen our work on equality, diversity and inclusion, as well access vital training, coaching and networking opportunities. It has also given us valuable chances to contribute to national best practice to help drive improvement across the NHS”.
